ORA-28274
ORA-28274: No ORACLE password attribute corresponding to user nickname exists
What usually causes it
With Active Directory logins, the user's AD account has no Oracle password verifier yet: they aren't in the ORA_VFR_12C group, or haven't changed their password since joining it, or the password filter isn't on the DC that handled the change.
What to check first
Add the user to ORA_VFR_12C and have them change their AD password. Make sure the Oracle password filter is installed on every domain controller.
