CONTROL_MANAGEMENT_PACK_ACCESS
What it controls
Which management packs are enabled: the Diagnostics Pack (AWR, ASH, ADDM) and the Tuning Pack.
Know this before you change it
The default turns both on, and using AWR or ASH then counts as pack usage. Set it to NONE if they aren't licensed. The No extra license filter on the scripts hides pack-only scripts.
Default: DIAGNOSTIC+TUNING
