JOB_QUEUE_PROCESSES
What it controls
The most job slave processes for Scheduler and DBMS_JOB jobs.
Know this before you change it
Setting it to 0 stops all scheduled jobs, which is useful during upgrades and maintenance. Write down the old value first so you can put it back.
Check and change it
