Init parameterOptimizer & SQL
PARALLEL_DEGREE_POLICY
What it controls
Whether Oracle chooses the degree of parallelism itself.
Know this before you change it
AUTO also turns on statement queuing and in-memory parallel execution. Try LIMITED first.
Default: MANUAL
