ORA-00942
ORA-00942: table or view does not exist
What usually causes it
The object is missing, lives in another schema, or you lack privileges on it. Oracle reports a missing privilege the same way as a missing object.
What to check first
Check DBA_OBJECTS as a privileged user. Prefix the schema or create a synonym. Stored PL/SQL with definer's rights ignores roles, so grant the privilege directly.
